A property with mountain views in all directions that is located in a quiet neighborhood with custom-built homes typically in an acre lot. You can enjoy the view with no steep or winding roads to climb. It is far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet but only 5 mins to scenic Foothills Parkway; 5-10 mins to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (GSMNP) via the Metcalf Bottom entrance - a well-known picnic area and a short nature trail; 10 mins to Townsend; 15 mins to Pigeon Forge; and 30 mins to Gatlinburg. Wears Valley is in the center of it all, a convenient location to everywhere.

Cabin has space to spread around and has wrap-around decks to enjoy the majestic mountain views. It has a game room in the lower level and an added game room and theater for kids and kids at heart to play and bond next to the main cabin. An infrared sauna and a hot tub is available to soak away the stress of the day. Free weights and yoga mats are available for those who want to keep their healthy habits even on vacation. Location is ideal for morning walks to appreciate nature’s beauty, while fire pit area is ready for everyone to gather come nightfall to roast marshmallows or just enjoy the flickering fire. We would love to host family vacations, family reunions, family & friends getaways, and couple's getaways.

Please note that this is an absolutely no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana use property within 25 ft of all the entrances. This rule is strictly enforced and penalty is applied. You will be responsible for any and all remedial and deep odor removal.

LOCATION. Our location is great! We're just two short turns off Wears Valley Road (Rt. 321) to the peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Cove Meadows. Roads are paved, no steep hills or winding roads to drive through to enjoy mountain views. Nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and stores are within minutes from the cabin. Complimentary pool membership is provided for our guests to enjoy from Memorial Day to Labor Day, though the catch and release fish pond is open for year-round fishing through Honeysuckle Resort.

Ample kitchen space where guests can cook their own meals - basic dishes and silverware, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc. are provided as well as cooking basics: pots, pan, oil, salt and pepper

Coffee maker: We have Keurig coffee machine and coffee pods are provided. We also have drip coffee machine, pour-over coffee maker and French press coffee maker but guests are to provide for their own ground beans.

Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven combo, OvenToaster, Baking sheet, Hot water kettle, Rice maker, Barbecue utensils, (Charcoal Grill, grilling tools, skewers, etc.)

We supply you with a limited starter kit of soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay with the Dollar General Store being the closest.

Bedroom and laundry: For our guests' convenience we offer the essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels at a limited supply. Please prepare for this. If you run out of supplies during your stay, there is a nearby store available.

Bed linens and bed sheets, pillows and blankets are also provided. There is a closet and dresser for clothing storage.

Room-darkening blinds are in placed.

Free washer and dryer in the unit. An iron and some hangers are provided.

Bathrooms

Bathtub in lower level, jacuzzi tubs in main and upper level, Showers in all three, Hot water, Shampoo/Conditioner/Body soap dispenser, and Hair dryer. In addition, we supply you with a limited starter kit of travel-sized soap, shampoo, body lotion, paper towels, toilet papers, and trash bags. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

Smart HDTV in the bedrooms, living room and lower level media room is provided (BYO passwords).

There is a game room with foosball table, air hockey table, ping-pong table, indoor basketball, and a variety of arcade games.

There is a theater room with 8 reclining chairs, an 86 in. HDTV, and a sound bar to maximize viewing comfort. 

Plenty of soccer balls for those who want to enjoy the big backyard.

Board games and cards are also available for indoor fun.
